What we do
Most companies come to Odoo from three or four tools: a CRM, an accounting app, a spreadsheet for stock, a shared drive for projects. We move the data out of each one into a single Odoo, set up the modules that replace them and train the people who will use them.
We fix the price before work starts, from the list of modules you need. A project starts at $3,000 and takes 2 to 12 weeks.
At the end you get a working Odoo with your data in it and a runbook: a written guide to how your team does its work in Odoo. The runbook stays with you, so the next hire learns the system from it, not from us.
Who runs Ferrify
George Maramigin runs Ferrify. You talk to him on the first call, and he runs your project.
He has worked inside CRMs since 2021: first as a lead-generation and business-development manager, then implementing them for clients.
2024–2026: Pipedrive implementations
Set up Pipedrive for client teams: pipelines, fields, automations, reports, permissions and training. Recorded screencast guides for their users.
2024–2026: CRM data migration
Moved companies' CRM data between systems: field mapping, records, relationships, notes, attachments and checking the result after the move.
2024–2026: MyCRMBackup
Co-founded a CRM backup product. It was acquired in 2026.
Since 2025: Craftt
Founded Craftt, an Attio implementation agency: data models, pipelines, automations, reporting and team training.
Ferrify brings the same work to Odoo: map the old data, move it with its history, set up the system around how the team works, then teach the team.
Why only eight modules
We set up CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project and Recruiting. Nothing else.
Depth over breadth
Eight modules cover sales, money, stock, production, projects and hiring. We learn each one in depth instead of touching all of Odoo's apps.
The price holds
A fixed price works only when the scope is known. A short module list lets us price each one before the project starts.
We say no early
If your project needs Point of Sale, eCommerce or Payroll, we tell you on the first call.
What to know before you call
Odoo Learning Partner
It is the first level of Odoo's partner programme. It means we work with Odoo directly; it doesn't put us in Odoo's partner directory.
Odoo Online or Odoo.sh only
We set up Odoo in Odoo's own cloud. We don't install it on your servers.
